("CollabOps," "we," "our," or "us"; also referred to as "(주)콜레봅스") collects, uses, processes, and safeguards personal information when you use our website, SaaS platform, and related DevOps services ("Service"). 1.2 Platform Usage Data
- Repository metadata (branch names, commit metadata, file paths)
- CI/CD logs, build results, test outputs, deployment metadata
- Issue activity, comments, attachments, and workspace actions
- System logs and security audit events
1.3 Technical Information
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type, device type, operating system
- Access timestamps, session identifiers
- Cookies and analytics data
1.4 User Content
User Content includes:
- source code,
- configuration files,
- CI/CD definitions,
- logs, artifacts, and attachments.
We do not analyze or access your source code except to operate the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- operate and maintain the Service,
- authenticate users and secure accounts,
- execute CI/CD workflows,
- render repository and workspace content,
- ensure system integrity and prevent abuse,
- improve service performance, features, and user experience,
- provide customer support and communicate service updates,

3. Legal Basis for Processing
Where required (GDPR, GDPR-K, PIPA), we process personal data based on:
- performance of a contract,

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- cloud hosting providers,

5. AI Features and Data Handling
AI-assisted features may process User Content temporarily to generate suggestions or insights. User Content processed via AI:
- is not stored beyond the operation of the feature,
- is not used for AI model training,
- is not transferred to external AI training datasets.
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use at your discretion.
6. Data Retention
We retain data as follows:
- account information: until account deletion,
- CI/CD logs, repository metadata: retained while the workspace remains active,
- security logs: up to 24 months,
- billing records: 7 years (legal requirement),
- backups: retained for a limited period before permanent deletion.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to:
- maintain login sessions,
- analyze usage,
- improve user experience.
We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and secure cloud hosting.
No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection of your data.

Your data may be stored or processed in regions outside your country. We apply appropriate safeguards required under GDPR, GDPR-K, PIPA, and other applicable laws.
